Over 100 members, guests & friends help install the 2003 Board of Officers, Board of Associates & induct a new member. Chairperson, Linda Low with her committee consisting of Sherman Low, Jerry & Carol Cheang, Parker & Roslyn Chin, and Wallace & Peggy Ahtye prepared a dinner starting with hors d'oeuvres consisting of rolled wrapped prawns, Salmon & lox, grilled sausage on toast. Main entre cooked by Stanley Chan was Barbecue Pork Loin, roasted potatoes, Garlic French bread, chilli beans, Heart of Lettuce. For dessert it was Lemon layered cream.
